Product Details Our new TZ-20 is the first of a new range of products to incorporate Adams Electronics very latest development – Fully integrated “Active Probe Technology” (“APT”.) The model TZ-20 is a light-weight and truly pocket size metal detector. It is simple to use and enables the operator to locate small or large metal objects with a speed precision and accuracy that has been previously unattainable from a general-purpose hand held metal detector. Features also include our microprocessor controlled “Battery Management System” (gving greatly extended battery life – 360 hours) and “Active Earphone Jack” facility for more discreet use. Our new “APT” system makes this new detector suitable for a multitude of applications from: police work general personnel screening and guarding to the location of metal fragments or foreign objects in skin tissue and personal possessions. TZ-20 can even detect and pinpoint objects buried in walls floors and ceilings of building and other structures.
